Present Work Status: Since 2015, Rachel has supported a Hong Kong-based family with 1 child (newborn at commencement).
Relevant Skills and Experience: Rachel is an experienced caregiver for children, with experience caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children. She is presently supporting a Hong Kong-based family as a caregiver for their child (newborn at commencement and now a toddler). Her prior roles include, supporting (i) a Taiwan-based family as a caregiver for their 9 year old, 7 year old and newborn children, for 5 years; and (ii) a Hong Kong-based family as a caregiver for their 9 year old child, for 2 years. Her present and past responsibilities have included: maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home for children, including: newborn, infant and toddler care; bathing, dressing and feeding the children; supervising, caring for and tending to the emotional well-being of children; preparing and serving nutritious meals; organizing, activities such as games and outings for children; instructing children in personal hygiene and social development; and taking children to and from school, appointments and activities. Rachel has also been charged with the full domestic responsibilities of the home.
Personal Attributes Relevant to the Position: Rachel has a genuine love for children of all ages and especially enjoys supporting infants. She enjoys teaching them and telling them stories. She also enjoys cooking.
Certifications & Additional Skills: Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Accountancy.
