ON-CALL ASSIGNMENTS: On the morning that care will occur, Kidcoover will collect an initial payment of in the amount of 3 hours of childcare. At the conclusion of the assignment, you will receive an invoice for any remaining the balance due. All charges will reflect the exact amount of time that the caregiver worked. The balance due will be applied to the credit card on file 1 business day following the date of the invoice.
- Additional charges for taxi may apply to evening bookings extending beyond 10pm. Taxi charges will be supported by a receipt.
FOR LONGER ASSIGNMENTS: At the end of the first week, you will receive an initial invoice for the care provided by the caregiver. Invoices will follow thereafter on a bi-weekly basis. Payments are scheduled for processing two(2) days following the date of the invoice. All charges reflect the time that the caregiver worked. Please alert us of any necessary adjustments to an invoice – which are always cheerfully given.
