Relevant Skills and Experience: I am a caregiver for children and former preschool teacher, with particular experience caring for children ranging in age from toddler to school-age. In Hong Kong, I am supporting elderly woman; however, my prior role was supporting a family with 2 school-age children. My childcare responsibilities have included: maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home for children, including: supervising, caring for and tending to the emotional well-being of children; preparing and serving nutritious meals; organizing, activities such as games and outings for children; instructing children in personal hygiene and social development; taking children to and from appointments and activities; and full housekeeping. As a preschool teacher, my responsibilities included: teaching motor skills, colors, numbers, letters and shapes; disinfecting classroom & toys; monitoring children during group play; coordinating and conducting activity programs for children; preparing and serving lunches and snack; maintaining a clean and safe facility; and diapering, feeding, and setting nap times for children.
