Relevant Skills and Experience:  Mariana is an experienced caregiver, with a preference for supporting families with young children (infants/toddlers/preschoolers).  Since 2015, she has supported a family in Qatar, caring for their toddler daughter.  Prior to this role she cared for 2 boys (ages 6 and 9) for over 2 year.  Her past responsibilities have included:  maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home for children, including: newborn and infant care; bathing, dressing and feeding children; supervising, caring for and tending to the emotional well-being of children; preparing and serving nutritious meals; organizing, activities such as games and outings for children; instructing children in personal hygiene and social development; and taking children to and from school, appointments and activities.  Mariana is also very experienced in housekeeping.

The following caregiver is a Temporary Foreign Worker, PRESENTLY IN CANADA and in need of a new employer/sponsor under as an In-Home Caregiver.

  • Work Eligibility:  Sponsorship required
  • Present Work Status:   Judith is available to support a local family; sponsorship required.
  • Relevant Skills and Experience:  Judith is an experienced caregiver for young children, with particular experience caring for children, newborn to 5 years old.  Judith also has experience caring for infant twins.  In her most recent role, she supported a North Vancouver family as a live-in caregiver for their infant twins and toddler (3 children in total). In Mexico, she worked at a Montessori school for 5 years, caring for and teaching children, ages 2 to 5.  Her past responsibilities have included:  maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home for children, including: newborn and infant care; bathing, dressing and feeding an infant/child; supervising, caring for and tending to the emotional well-being of children; preparing and serving nutritious meals; organizing, activities such as games and outings for children; instructing children in personal hygiene and social development; and taking children to and from school, appointments and activities.

BLAINIE: Live-In (Sponsorship Required)

The following caregiver is a Temporary Foreign Worker, PRESENTLY IN CANADA and in need of a new employer/sponsor under as an In-Home Caregiver.

  • Work Eligibility:  Sponsorship required (Work Permit Change to New Employer)
  • Present Work Status:   Blainie is presently supporting a family in Oakville, Ontario as a live-in caregiver to their 6 year old and the family has reduced her hours, as only part-time help is needed.
  • Relevant Skills and Experience:  Blainie is an experienced caregiver for children, with particular experience caring for school-age children and toddlers.  Her prior caregiver roles include, supporting (i) a Hong Kong-based family as a caregiver for their kindergartener; and (ii) a Kuwait-based family as a caregiver for their school-age children.  For the last 8 months she has  also worked as a part-time as a caregiver for 2 year old twins.  Her past and present responsibilities have included:  maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home for children, including: newborn and infant care; bathing, dressing and feeding an infant/child; supervising, caring for and tending to the emotional well-being of children; preparing and serving nutritious meals; organizing, activities such as games and outings for children; instructing children in personal hygiene and social development; and taking children to and from school, appointments and activities.  Blainie is also accustomed to full-housekeeping responsibilities.
  • Personal Attributes Relevant to the Position:   Blainie radiates joy and has a very positive demeanour.  She is passionate about caring for children of all ages and enjoys active household.  Her interpersonal and communication skills are strong.
  • Certifications & Additional Skills:   Blainie holds a 2 year certificate in Computer Science Programming.
