All bookings are subject to the following terms: Hourly rates are $19.00/hour (all-inclusive) and charges are calculated for actual time worked by the caregiver – to the minute.
Same-Day Bookings & Bookings Received after 6pm for the following morning/afternoon are subject to a $15 rush fee (we put all-hands-on-deck for last minute bookings).
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to confirm a caregiver. All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed, subject to your review and approval of the caregiver’s profile. Thank you for your patience.
THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR ON-CALL & BABYSITTING (BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING):
- 3 Hour Minimum: Applies to all bookings.
- Pre-Authorized Payment to Confirm: You must have a pre-authorized payment form on file with us (a form will be provided to you). We will process payment for the first 3 hours. The balance will be charged 2 days post-invoice.
- Same-Day Bookings & Bookings Received after 6pm for the following morning/afternoon: Are subject to a $15 service fee (we put all-hands-on-deck for last minute bookings)
- Cancellation Policy: 1 day notice for full-day booking cancellations. 2 hours notice for evening babysitting cancellation. Same day cancellations are subject to 3 hour charge plus $15 service fee.
- Taxi Policy: Caregivers staying beyond 10pm in Vancouver will be sent home via taxi (unless they drive or opt for transit). This will be reflected in your invoice and supported with a receipt.
- Tipping is not expected: Our caregivers are well compensated, so no need to fret about tipping. However, if you would like for us to add a tip for the caregiver, simply let us know. They are always pleasantly surprised.
